Korean War Memorial

Cedar City recently unveiled a new Korean War Memorial on 200 East. My Uncle Jack died fighting in the Korean War so I was very interested in attending and telling my children about him and the others who fought for them.

Later that evening we took a walk as a familiy down to the memorial and read the placques and saw where Uncle Jacks name was listed. It was a special moment for our little family to see the sacrifice of those who went before us. It was also special because we saw names of many we know that are still alive today.
